I stay up to date and get continuous training through my membership in InterNACHI, the world’s largest home inspector association. Through InterNACHI, I follow the latest developments with new technology and industry changes. I also do this through attending conferences, taking courses and networking with various industry professionals daily. I work hard to ensure that every customer feels comfortable with the service received and fully understands the home inspection report. This is important so that they know they are making the right choice and a good investment for their future.

Scot is a licensed InterNACHI CPI serving the South Carolina Midlands. He has 20+ years of experience in building and facilities maintenance giving him hands on experience with any type of issue that may arise in a residential home. His strong background in the industry and thorough approach to a home inspection allow him to create a detailed report and identify any and all areas of concern for potential homebuyers. In his free time, Scot enjoys spending time with family and playing golf.
